At Elysic, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s the wrong fit or a change of mind, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.
Returns
We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and security ribbons are attached
- The return is initiated within the 30-day window from the date of receipt
How to Return:
- Complete the return form enclosed in your original package.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).
- Use a tracked shipping service via your local post office to return to our address.

Lost your return form? No problem! Just email us at service@elysic.com and we’ll provide a new one.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.
- Credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- We also offer store credit (delivered as a code via email) for faster reuse.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Elysic is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. Please keep your return tracking number safe.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for items returned within 28 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be in unused condition with all original tags/ribbons.
- Use the return form to indicate your preferred replacement (size or item).
- We cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the balance to your original payment method.
We allow up to two exchanges per item, subject to stock availability.

Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Recommended Return Shipping Method
We recommend using your local post office with tracked and signed-for service. Please retain proof of postage and tracking details until your return is processed.
Important Policy Notes
- Items returned used, damaged, soiled, or without tags may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before sending it back so we can assist: service@elysic.com
